GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The price includes: Complete apartment furnishing; bath-, bed- and kitchen linen; with two changes per week for bath- and kitchen linen and once a week for bed linen; electricity; gas; water; heating; ceiling-ventilators; lift; colour TV; safe; taxes; outside parking; swimming-pool (June - September); bicycle store; welcome kit with cleaning products; children crib (only within the maximum capacity allowed for the flat); high chair and little bath for children, till 2 years old, (to communicate at the moment of reservation); Usage of iron and ironing-board. Internet DSL Wi-Fi connection.
- The price doesn’t include: any other service not above indicated.
- On Request (on payment): Laundry; Beach Facilities, Garage.
- In the apartment can't stay a higher number of people besides those foreseen from the belonging category (children included)
- Pets are not accepted.
- The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
- Guests are obliged to take care of the apartment, to give it back clean and tidy and to refund the expenses for any eventual damage.
- As a guarantee, a cash deposit of 100,00 is required on the arrival.
- It will be refunded after the due control. In case of damages and/or defects, the equivalent amount will be deducted and it will be refunded only the difference.
- Full payment must be effected on the arrival, at the Key's delivery.
- Early departures or deferred arrivals don’t give right to any reimbursement.
- ARRIVAL: Saturday from 16,00 p.m. to 19,00 p.m.
- DEPARTURE: Saturday within 09,00 a.m.
