For Apartments with garden or big terrace : € 40,00 a week


GENERAL CONDITIONS
The price includes : Complete apartment furnishing; bath-, bed- and kitchen linen; with two changes in the week for bath- and kitchen linen and once in the week for bed linen; electricity; gas; water; heating; Ventilators; lift; colour TV; safe; taxes; outside parking; swimming-pool (June - September); bicycle store; children crib (only within the maximum capacity allowed for the flat); high chair and little bath for children, till 2 years old, (to communicate at the moment of reservation); Usage of iron and ironing-board.-
The price doesn't include:any other service not above indicated. In the apartment can't stay a higher number of people besides those foreseen from the belonging category (children included)
Pets not accepted.
The reservation will be confirm upon receipt of the required deposit.
The Guests are obliged to take care of the apartment, to give it back clean and tidy and to refund the expenses for any eventual damages.On the arrival must be paid a caution money of Euro 100,00; it will be refunded after the due control. In case of damages and/or defects, the equivalent amount will be deducted and it will be refunded only the difference. Full payment must be effected cash on the arrival, at the Key's delivery. Anticipated departures or deferred arrivals in comparison to the pre-arranged stay don’t give right to reimboursement.
